Updated 3 November 2026. StockedBy is an independent investment research and tracking tool. Portfolio tools are currently invitation-only.
Your account email, holdings, account labels, quantities, cost basis, imported data, preferences, watchlists, alerts and research runs are stored in Supabase. Access is scoped to your signed-in account. The website operator administers the service and database. Do not upload brokerage passwords, government IDs or credentials.
On a research run or an enabled scheduled scan, the configured AI provider (OpenAI by default) receives security names, exchange symbols, your research preferences and applicable public-source context. Account identifiers, position sizes and balances are excluded from the research prompt. Provider data with restrictions is not forwarded. Research uses OpenAI by default; Google Gemini can be configured instead. Processing follows the selected provider’s API terms.
When you choose Read screenshot, the complete image is sent to OpenAI to extract holdings. Crop out account numbers and personal information first. StockedBy never stores the image. Extracted holdings are saved only after you confirm. Run history records extraction status, row count and token usage, without the screenshot or its contents. OpenAI processing follows its API terms.
Public charts, heatmaps and screeners are embedded from TradingView. TradingView receives your IP address, the page URL, widget type and selected public symbol to serve the widget. Portfolio quantities, balances and account details are not sent to these widgets. Data availability and delay depend on the exchange and provider. Widget data is not imported into your portfolio.
Public pages show selected publisher headlines and source links collected through Google News RSS. They contain no user holdings or personalized research. Clicking a source opens that external site and its privacy policy applies.
Portfolio pages and their API responses are excluded from application analytics and use private, no-store responses. Public pages may use Google Analytics only after consent. Vercel hosts the application; Supabase provides authentication and storage; Resend delivers sign-in emails.
Archive or edit positions in your portfolio. Pause scheduled scans in Settings. Saved records and run history remain until deleted through an account-data request; archiving is reversible and is not permanent erasure. Contact rahulkanotra1101@gmail.com for access, correction or deletion requests.
This tool does not connect to your brokerage or place trades. Prices can be delayed or missing; imported records may be incorrect. AI output can be wrong. Validate sources, offering documents, costs and suitability before making an investment decision.
